Easter with chocolate
1. In a bowl, mix sifted flour with cocoa, yeast and salt.
2. Put the sugar, the vanilla sugar in the milk and heat it in the microwave for 50 seconds.
3. Add to the bowl the flour, eggs, and warm (not hot) milk mixed with a spatula (or spoon), then add the butter and knead until you get an elastic and non-sticky dough. (If necessary add 1-2 tablespoons of flour)
4. Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and leave to rise for 1 hour in a place away from currents.
How to prepare the filling
In order for the filling to come out well, use the greasy cow's cheese. Using the mixer, mix the cow's cheese, the sugar, the eggs, the sour cream, the vanilla sugar (optional orange peel) and the flour. At the end we add pieces of dark chocolate and well drained raisins, which we soaked for 10-15 minutes in rum and water essence.
Divide the dough into two parts. On the table powdered with flour we spread one of the pieces then we place it in the tray lined with baking paper greased with a little butter. From the second piece we form 2 long cords that we weave, then we place them by I swear around on the walls of the form (SEE PHOTO BELOW) Put the cheese filling and put in the preheated oven at 180 gr for 50 minutes. After removing the Easter eggs from the oven, sprinkle a few small pieces of white chocolate.
For decoration I was inspired by Laura Adamache's blog, which I sincerely admire.
